The Spider-Man: Homecoming Xbox Game Review
The Spider-Man: Homecoming game for Xbox is another disappointing title. Not only is the story disjointed and confusing, but it’s a bit expensive for what it is. And as an exclusive, Xbox fans don’t have many options. Nier: Automata is the best game in this series, but Cuphead is another solid option. Regardless of its faults, the game is worth a try. Read on for our full review of each title.
Review of Nier: Automata
If you’re looking for a new action role-playing game on Xbox One, then you’ve probably come to the right place. Nier: Automata is a 2017 action role-playing game developed by PlatinumGames and published by Square Enix. The game is a sequel to the 2014 video game Nier, as well as a spin-off of the Drakengard series. But before you go ahead and buy it, here’s what you need to know.
Nier: Automata came to Microsoft’s Xbox Store on March 18 and is still available on the Xbox Game Pass. While there are no Steam-related problems with the Xbox Game Pass version, the Steam version is experiencing review bombing. As of March 18, there are already over 350 negative reviews on Nier: Automata’s Steam page. So, it is possible that the Xbox version has a higher quality of performance and graphics.
The graphics are beautiful and the game is filled with artistic details. It has multiple camera angles and feels like Mega Man or a twin-stick shooter. The gameplay is seamless, but a manual save is necessary if you don’t want to lose all your progress. Despite the fact that Nier: Automata is an excellent Xbox game, there are some problems that should be considered before purchasing it. This game is quite expensive, but you’ll be rewarded with dozens of hours of enjoyment.
